Adult group Classes are 75 or 90 minutes duration.
**Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the start of class, to complete a form and set up.
Beginner / Gentle
These classes will focus on learning yoga poses (asanas) with correct alignment and may include different breathing practices and some of the other tools of yoga, such as use of sound and visualisation.
These classes are geared more to those of us in the 3rd stage of life.
Frontline Senior Yoga
FREE weekly class for those at the FRONTLINE of our community
Frontline Yoga is a volunteer organisation that offers free yoga classes for ‘frontline guardians’ and their supporters.
Members of the public are welcome, by donation.
All classes are taught with trauma sensitive guidelines and are therefore suitable for those with stress, anxiety and PTSD.
The classes focus on developing mental and physical strength and are suitable for all levels including beginners.
This is a 60 minute class
**Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of class to allow time to prepare for class and to discuss any issues/concerns with the teacher.
*Please bring a small blanket or Large towel, yoga mat if you have one, a bottle of water.
*NB: No refunds for unused classes on class cards.
60 – 75 minutes general yoga practise. $80 per class. By appointment only.
Referrals available to a qualified Yoga Therapist.
Yoga therapy can be used to complement other treatment/s and the following are an example of the types of issues treated by yoga therapy:

- Depression or anxiety
- recovery from injuries
