Thanks to you for helping make my pregnancy more comfortable and fulfilling!
I used the breathing techiques, rocking movements learnt in the class. I also remembered your advice not to lay down during labour. All those tips helped me a lot to get me through 13hrs of labour. I would recomend your yoga class to any pregnant lady. Thank you so much.
I began taking Sonia’s beginner yoga class as I wanted to gain some flexibility, feel healthy and improve my mental health. Sonia is a sensitive yoga teacher who takes the time to know each of her students, their needs and how they feel (physically and mentally)at the beginning of each class. She has a broad knowledge of yoga and implements breathing exercises throughout her classes which I found very helpful for my high levels of anxiety. Yoga has given me coping strategies for my anxiety, a way of relieving tensions and stress, in addition to supporting me to deal with the symptoms of IBS. If you are looking to try yoga for the first time, I strongly recommend Green Point Yoga with Sonia – she has a warm and gentle way that makes yoga a fun, calm and comfortable experience.
